WHO WE ARE

In 2001 we went on our first mission trip. Along the northern coast of Honduras on a hill overlooking the job site, our hearts were changed forever. Since then, we have been on many mission trips to many countries, and though the destinations are different, the people are all the same. Just like the people in your neighborhood, and/or your workplace. Some are doing ok. And some are not. Maybe they have abusive backgrounds, maybe food insufficiency, maybe lack of job resources, maybe they have numbed their pain and sorrows with drugs or alcohol. Maybe a storm came through and wiped out their homes. Maybe culture clashes have caused destruction and lawlessness. The reasons for struggling in this life are endless.

Many people are so discouraged they feel they will never recover. Some won't. But some just need encouragement and a hand up, someone to say we hear you and we are rooting for you.
